Why switch from terry towels to disposable face towels?
Three reasons buyers give us: laundry cost per use often exceeds the disposable unit cost once water, energy, labour and replacement of faded towels are counted; cross-contamination risk on face contact is eliminated with single use; and presentation stays consistent because every guest gets a visibly fresh, white sheet.
Are these industrial cleanroom wipes?
No. These are hospitality and personal-care face towels for hotels, spas, salons, gyms and airlines. We do not supply ISO-class cleanroom wipes for electronics or pharmaceutical use — those require different certification, particle testing and packaging.
Can they be used with a warm towel cabinet?
Yes, that is a common workflow. The airlaid and nonwoven structures tolerate warming and light dampening without falling apart. Tell us your process — dry, warm cabinet, or pre-moistened sachet — and we spec the basis weight accordingly.
What sizes and pack formats are available?
Typical face-towel sizes run 20×20, 25×25, 30×30 and 30×40 cm. Packing can be flat sleeve, interfolded, individually wrapped or roll with perforation. Custom dimensions are tooled to your requirement.
What is the MOQ and lead time for private label?
MOQ is 5,000 pieces per design or size. Bulk production is 10–15 days after artwork and spec approval; samples ship in 5–7 days so your team can hand-test the material first.
Which compliance documents do you provide?
Our Yiwu factory operates to FSC, BSCI, FDA, GS and ISO frameworks. For skin-contact programmes we supply material declarations and test documentation as text records with the order file; specific market registrations should be confirmed with us before first shipment.
