How It's Made

From base paper to palletized napkins

Every order moves through the same controlled pipeline — so what you specify on the quote is what ships to your warehouse.

01

Base paper & pulp

Food-grade virgin and FSC®-certified base paper is received, lot-traced and moisture-checked before it enters production.

02

Embossing

Patterned rollers add softness and the signature linen-like texture used on airlaid and premium dinner napkins.

03

Printing

Flexographic and gravure printing lay down logos, monograms and full-surface artwork in up to 4 process colours with Pantone matching.

04

Folding & cutting

Automatic folders deliver 1/4, 1/6, 1/8 and pocket folds at precise, consistent dimensions.

05

In-line QC

Cameras and operators check print registration, ply bonding and fold accuracy continuously during the run.

06

Packing & palletizing

Shrink-wrapped bundles, display cartons or private-label packs are palletized and stretch-wrapped for export.

Compliance

Certifications that matter for B2B buyers

We hold the documentation global distributors and hospitality groups ask for during supplier onboarding.

🌲

FSC®

Forest Stewardship Council chain-of-custody certification — proof the fibre comes from responsibly managed forests. Required by many EU and North American retailers.

🤝

BSCI

Business Social Compliance Initiative audit coverage — verifies ethical labour practices and safe working conditions across the supply chain.

🇺🇸

FDA

Food-contact compliance for the US market — relevant to napkins, guest towels and foodservice wiping products that touch food environments.

🛡

GS

Geprüfte Sicherheit ("tested safety") mark recognised in Germany and the EU, supporting product-safety assurance for European buyers.

ISO 9001

Quality-management system certification governing how we quote, produce, inspect and document every order.

🧪

Food-safe by design

Low-migration inks and food-grade substrates keep printed napkins safe for tabletop and foodservice use.

Certification copies and the latest audit reports are shared with verified B2B buyers on request — we do not publish certificate scans publicly.

Quality Control

Three gates before your container leaves

Quality is checked at three points, not just at the end. This is why repeat distributors keep re-ordering the same SKU without surprises.

  • Incoming inspection — base paper weight, brightness and moisture verified per lot.
  • In-line inspection — print registration, ply bond and fold accuracy monitored during the run.
  • Pre-shipment inspection — AQL sampling of the finished, packed goods against the approved artwork and spec.

Approved physical samples are kept as the reference standard for each custom job, so re-orders match the first shipment.

QC at every gate

Key takeaways for buyers

  • Held certifications include FSC®, BSCI, FDA, GS and ISO 9001 — the documents global distributors expect during onboarding.
  • Custom orders start at a 5,000-piece MOQ; bulk production lead time is 10–15 days after artwork approval, samples in 5–7 days.
