12×12 in (30×30 cm) and up for the seated meal. Airlaid for premium functions, 2–3 ply paper for high-volume service.
4×4 in (10×10 cm) and 5×5 in (12×12 cm) for drinks, buffets and passed canapés. Compact and low cost per piece.
