Beverage napkins at wholesale volume for bars, cafés, hotel room service and conference service. Condensation-resistant airlaid and tissue, plain or logo printed, from 5,000 pieces per design.
In trade usage, "beverage napkin" and "cocktail napkin" usually refer to the same small format napkin served under a drink. Some buyers use "beverage" to mean the slightly larger size used for room service trays and conference coffee service. We supply the full small-format range and specify by dimension rather than by name, so there is no ambiguity when you reorder.

A beverage napkin spends its entire service life under a glass that is colder than the surrounding air. Water condenses on the glass, runs down the outside, and pools in the napkin. A napkin that cannot hold that moisture fails visibly and quickly.
Airlaid holds it; single-ply tissue does not. If your service involves iced drinks — which is most beverage service — specify 2-ply minimum and prefer airlaid. The difference in unit cost is small compared with the guest experience of a napkin disintegrating under their drink. See cocktail napkins wholesale.
Room service napkins are handled differently: they are set on a tray, often with a linen or a tray mat, and they are photographed by guests more often than any other napkin in a hotel. Two things matter. Lint, because the tray is often dark. And size, because a napkin that is too small for a full tray setting looks mean. A 30 cm blank with a linen emboss is the usual answer. See hotel napkin supplier.
Cafés consume beverage napkins at high frequency and low value per unit, which makes dispensing and waste control the dominant cost factors rather than unit price. A dispenser at the counter, rather than a loose stack, typically reduces consumption substantially. If your napkin spend is climbing faster than your customer count, that is usually the cause. See restaurant napkins and disposable napkins bulk.
In trade usage they usually mean the same small format napkin served under a drink. Some buyers use "beverage" for the slightly larger size used on room service trays and conference coffee service. We specify by dimension rather than by name so reorders are unambiguous.
25 x 25 cm unfolded is the bar and café standard. 30 x 30 cm is common for room service trays and conference service, where a larger surface suits a full tray setting.
Specify 2-ply minimum and prefer airlaid. Condensation runs down the glass and pools in the napkin; single-ply tissue wets through quickly while airlaid distributes the moisture and holds.
