What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per design. Stock napkin lines with a simple logo can sometimes be produced at lower volumes; larger orders receive better unit pricing.
How fast do you respond to quote requests?

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

What is the difference between EXW and FOB?
EXW: you arrange and pay from our factory gate. FOB: we deliver to the port of loading (Ningbo/Shanghai) and handle export clearance; you pay ocean freight.
What are your payment terms?
New orders typically require a 30% deposit with balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading; smaller runs can be 100% against B/L.
