Jinman Paper Supplies runs its own converting and printing base in Yiwu, Zhejiang — the sourcing hub at the heart of China's export manufacturing. This is where bulk napkin programs, custom-printed runs and foodservice towel lines are produced for distributors and hospitality buyers in 40+ countries.
How It's Made
Every order moves through the same controlled pipeline — so what you specify on the quote is what ships to your warehouse.
Food-grade virgin base paper is received, lot-traced and moisture-checked before it enters production. FSC® Chain-of-Custody material can be arranged on request through our upstream mill partners.
Patterned rollers add softness and the signature linen-like texture used on airlaid and premium dinner napkins.
Flexographic and gravure printing lay down logos, monograms and full-surface artwork in up to 4 process colours with Pantone matching.
Automatic folders deliver 1/4, 1/6, 1/8 and pocket folds at precise, consistent dimensions.
Cameras and operators check print registration, ply bonding and fold accuracy continuously during the run.
Shrink-wrapped bundles, display cartons or private-label packs are palletized and stretch-wrapped for export.

Quality Control
Quality is checked at three points, not just at the end. This is why repeat distributors keep re-ordering the same SKU without surprises.
Approved physical samples are kept as the reference standard for each custom job, so re-orders match the first shipment.
Send a reference or brief — we'll return a structured quote with lead times and certification support.
Tell us the napkin type, quantity, sizes and destination. Our export team replies within hours with EXW and FOB pricing.
