We are a manufacturer with our own converting and printing base in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. We both hold stock programs and run OEM/ODM custom production, so you work directly with the source rather than a reseller.
What certifications do you hold?
Our facility operates under FSC® (responsible forestry), BSCI (social compliance), FDA (US food-contact), GS (EU product safety) and ISO 9001 (quality management). Certificate copies and current audit reports are shared with verified B2B buyers on request.
Can you print our logo or design on napkins?
Yes. We offer logo printing, Pantone colour matching, custom sizes and folds, full-surface artwork, and private-label packaging. Send your artwork or a brief and we return a print-ready digital proof for approval before production.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Custom-printed napkins start at a 5,000-piece MOQ per design. Stock and standard items can often be ordered in smaller mixed batches; bulk pallets and full containers are available for distributors.
How long does bulk production take?
After artwork approval, bulk production is typically 10–15 days. That window covers manufacturing with in-line QC and pre-shipment inspection. Ocean transit to your port is additional.
How long do samples take?
Physical samples are usually produced and shipped within 5–7 days. We recommend approving a sample before committing to volume so you can verify handfeel, print and colour in person.
What shipping methods do you support?
We handle both sea and air. Most wholesale orders move by FCL/LCL sea freight from Ningbo or Shanghai; air is available for urgent or low-volume shipments. We manage export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin) and can quote EXW, FOB or CIF.

Do you make cloth or linen napkins too?
Yes. Alongside disposable paper napkins and foodservice towels, we supply cloth & linen napkins (cotton, polyester linen-look and hemstitched linen) for banquet and premium F&B use.
