We are a manufacturer with our own converting and printing base in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. We both hold stock programs and run OEM/ODM custom production, so you work directly with the source rather than a reseller.

Our facility works to common B2B standards: food-safe low-migration inks, responsible fibre sourcing and ISO-aligned quality control. Documentation and certificates can be arranged through our upstream partners when required, and shared with verified B2B buyers on request.

Yes. We offer logo printing, Pantone colour matching, custom sizes and folds, full-surface artwork, and private-label packaging. Send your artwork or a brief and we return a print-ready digital proof for approval before production.

Custom-printed napkins start at a 5,000-piece MOQ per design. Stock and standard items can often be ordered in smaller mixed batches; bulk pallets and full containers are available for distributors.

After artwork approval, bulk production is typically 10–15 days. That window covers manufacturing with in-line QC and pre-shipment inspection. Ocean transit to your port is additional.

Physical samples are usually produced and shipped within 5–7 days. We recommend approving a sample before committing to volume so you can verify handfeel, print and colour in person.

We handle both sea and air. Most wholesale orders move by FCL/LCL sea freight from Ningbo or Shanghai; air is available for urgent or low-volume shipments. We manage export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin) and can quote EXW, FOB or CIF.

We supply distributors, importers and hospitality operators in the United States, Canada, the UK, Germany, France and wider Europe, the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), Australia, New Zealand and across Asia-Pacific.

Yes. Alongside disposable paper napkins and foodservice towels, we supply cloth & linen napkins (cotton, polyester linen-look and hemstitched linen) for banquet and premium F&B use.

Samples are free of charge; the buyer covers international courier shipping (typically US$20–$60 depending on weight and region). We can deduct the sample shipping cost from your first bulk order on request.

EXW means you arrange and pay for everything from our factory gate. FOB means we deliver to the named port of loading (Ningbo or Shanghai) and handle export clearance, while you pay the ocean freight. Most overseas buyers choose FOB for simplicity.

For new orders we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading; smaller runs can be 100% against B/L. Exact terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

After sample approval and deposit, bulk production is 10–15 days for standard items and 15–20 days for complex custom prints, plus ocean transit to your port.

Yes. We regularly consolidate multiple napkin lines into one full container (FCL) to save freight, and can combine compatible items on request. Share your full SKU list and we plan the mix.

GSM stands for grams per square metre — the weight of the napkin material. Higher GSM means a thicker, more absorbent napkin. Typical ranges: 2-ply tissue 33–38 gsm, 3-ply tissue 38–45 gsm, airlaid linen-feel 60–68 gsm, cotton/linen cloth 150–200 gsm. See our GSM explainer for buyers.

Airlaid napkins are made from wood pulp bonded with air instead of water, giving a soft, linen-like feel without actual cloth. They are more absorbent and premium than standard 2-ply or 3-ply tissue napkins, making them popular for upscale restaurants, weddings and events. Read more in our airlaid napkin guide.

Lint-free napkins and foodservice towels are engineered to leave minimal fibre residue. They are ideal for polishing glassware, wiping cutlery and cleaning front-of-house surfaces in restaurants, bars and hotels. Our lint-free foodservice range includes C-fold, Z-fold and flat formats.

Ply is the number of tissue layers bonded into a single napkin. 1-ply is the thinnest and lowest cost (dispensers, takeaway); 2-ply is the foodservice standard for cafés, bars and casual dining; 3-ply is used where a thicker, more absorbent hand-feel is expected. A cocktail napkin is a small beverage napkin, typically 4×4 in (10×10 cm) folded from a 10×10 in / 25×25 cm sheet. It is used for drinks, bar service and canapés, usually in 1-ply or 2-ply, and is the most popular format for logo printing because one small print area covers the whole visible face. A dinner napkin is the largest standard table napkin, usually 16–20 in (40–50 cm) unfolded, presented folded at roughly 4×8 in or 8×8 in. It is available in 2-ply/3-ply paper, airlaid linen-feel, or cotton/linen cloth. Details in our dinner napkin explainer or browse dinner napkins.

Private label napkins are produced in our factory and sold under your own brand — you control the artwork, pack design, brand name and barcode, and the cartons carry no supplier branding. Paper napkins are single-use, hygienic and cost-effective for high-volume dining. Cloth napkins are washable and add a premium reusable option for banquets, hotels and fine dining. Yes. FSC® Chain-of-Custody material can be arranged on request through our upstream mill partners, so the pulp is traceable to responsibly managed forests. Please tell us at enquiry stage if your buyer or retailer requires FSC documentation, and we will confirm availability and any cost difference before quoting.

Absolutely. Buyers are welcome to visit our converting and printing base in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. We can arrange a factory tour, sample review and production-line inspection. Video calls and third-party inspections are also supported if travel is not possible.

Every production run passes incoming raw-material checks, in-line dimensional/print QC, absorbency and GSM spot checks, finished-goods sampling, and a pre-shipment inspection before cartons are sealed. Audit reports and AQL results are available on request.

Standard export packing is inner poly bag + 5-ply master carton. We also offer display boxes, shrink-wrapped bundles, individual wraps, and private-label packaging with your barcode, logo and multilingual labels. Minimums for private-label cartons vary by SKU.

2-ply is the foodservice standard for cafés, bars and casual dining — lower cost per piece with good absorbency. 3-ply adds a third tissue layer for a thicker, more premium hand-feel and better wet strength, used in fine dining, hotels and banquets.
